Thank you for shopping with Sweatrik. We work with trusted third-party fulfilment partners to deliver high-quality fitness products directly to you. This page explains how shipping works on our store.


Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–3 business days.


Shipping Times

We ship directly from our fulfilment partners using secure, tracked delivery.

Estimated shipping times:

  • United Kingdom: 6–12 business days

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 6–12 business days

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Other Countries: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on customs clearance, local delays, or seasonal demand.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.

If your tracking number does not update, rest assured your package is still on the way.


Wrong Address Policy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.

If the order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately at support@sweatrik.com and we will try our best to update the address.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please email us at support@sweatrik.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the carrier and provide a replacement where applicable.


Customs & Import Fees

Some countries may require customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
These charges are not included in our product prices and are the responsibility of the customer.


Multiple Items in One Order

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on stock availability and fulfilment location.
